Dry, no bubbles, fruit driven. Deliberately still this cider is our tribute to the sweet/subacid flavour and delicate and complex aroma of classic English apple varieties.

Production particulars: Our Still cider is essentially an off dry apple wine. Made similarly to a modern Riesling utilising a slow, cool ferment, minimal oxygen contact and the unique acid and astringency of Pink Lady apples. Too clean for a scrumpy, too Tasmanian for an Apfelwein it is simply our Still. Traditional in the sense it is completely flat, modern in the way it is crafted. Filtered for clarity and flavour.
